COVID-19 Safety Measures

During the pandemic, I have had to suspend face-to-face sessions but as restrictions are starting to ease, these are now able to take place, using modified practices. Each client will be required to complete a Self-declaration as well as provide personal contact information as required by the Government's Track & Trace initiative.

To protect your safety and wellbeing, the following modifications will also be made to your session, which I ask you to kindly observe.

Actions put in place by me for your safety

  • There will not be a waiting area available.

  • I will meet all clients at the entrance at appointment time.

  • I will open all doors ahead of transit through building.

  • The therapy room will be sanitised between appointments.

  • All door handles, handrails and stair rail will also be sanitised between appointments.

  • Any equipment, such as drawing equipment used, will be sanitised after use.

  • A window will be left open for ventilation.

  • Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide any blankets or cushions for client use.

  • All sessions will be conducted using physical distancing.

  • I will be wearing a face visor during our session.

Actions required by client

  • On appointment time please ring the bell and wait outside entrance door to be met.

  • You are required to wear a face mask/covering at all times.  I am happy to provide a visor if you do not have one.

  • Use sanitiser at the bottom of the stair way on entry.

  • Please supply your own water, if desired.

Please appreciate that it is essential that all appointments start and finish on the prescribed session times to allow cleaning and sanitising of the therapy room, ahead of other appointments.

Thank you for your cooperation.
